In 2023-24 100% of primary and secondary trainees were CCT ready by the end of the course, 100% of trainees secured employment, of which 76% secured teaching jobs within our partnership schools. 

Your Career

In addition to most trainees taking up teaching posts in our schools, the SCITT is part of a successful partnership which offers training from beginner teacher to senior leader. Many of our previous trainees now hold promoted posts in their schools and have gone on to mentor trainees for the SCITT.
