Welcome to Sutton SCITT.

Sutton SCITT is a highly successful ITT provider which works in partnership with schools from across South London. Established in June 2014 it has since developed a highly successful Initial Teacher Training Programme, which has trained over three hundred primary and secondary teachers. Sutton SCITT has an excellent reputation and has been judged as 'outstanding' by Ofsted in both its inspections in 2017 and 2021.

Our SCITT programme provides high quality training for future teachers. The partnership is committed to training reflective practitioners that will be able to work both locally, nationally and internationally. The training is led by outstanding practitioners from our partnership who have a wealth of experience in their subject pedagogy. We endeavour to train our teachers so they have the necessary knowledge and skills to equip them for a lifelong career in education. We are proud of the support our trainees receive and keep in touch after they complete the course. We have a strong alumni of teachers who have progressed successfully in their careers.
